NR was a professional Army officer, graduating from the Royal Military College Duntroon who worked with

He had extensive operational, business development and leadership experience, supported by several tertiary qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and a Masters of Management Studies through the University of New South Wales.

Career Re-Build
LG had been successfully building and growing businesses for over 25 years with experience in a wide range of businesses both large and small with tentacles into USA, UK, Europe and Asia markets. One of LG's primary passions in life is helping people to grow and develop themselves and their businesses so that they access more of their God given potential and move closer to achieving the fulfillment of their dreams and aspirations.
Upon graduating from Canterbury University (New Zealand), LG began his career with formal qualifications in accounting and finance but quickly moved into running and growing businesses. During the last quarter century, he has worked in senior roles in large corporations, government organisations and has been involved with partners in marketing and sales based small businesses.
LG approached C-F-S Career Management when his partner deceived him and the business had to be wound up. His confidence shattered by the very devastating experience left him accepting call centre rolls.
LG was coached and mentored so successfully that he has rebuilt his career and has far exceeded all expectations of himself, more recently buying and selling businesses, raising capital and working to take a company to a public float.
Job Search
AP is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years experience in General and Project Management gained in a plethora of creative and innovative industries. He holds a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His experience includes Project Management National Advertising Management and Marketing Services.

He has provided training programs to top tier accounting and legal organisations, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Marketing Institute, Harvard Business School. AP is a disciple of Dr Edward De Bono and Tom Peters.

Career Re-Direction
BB's was teaching children at school age level as well as adults in education programs that were designed to re-train and absorb them into working life in Australia. She is academically qualified in Commerce and Education and has both the qualifications and work experience to appreciate the importance of focusing on peoples' strengths, directing them to an appropriate vocation, and then to the needs of the particular organisation. Her global experience gained in London and New York, has given her an appreciation of the difficulties associated in relocation and the importance of knowing what it is one wants.
After juggling motherhood and part-time work in both education and marketing, BB recently found a new career direction, with the assistance of C-F-S Career Management. BB acknowledges the highly competitive nature of the job market and the importance of a competitive edge and has subsequently moved into a training career in the Arts.
Career Transformation
DMc has worked extensively in South East Asia and in the Pacific basin assisting governments restructure their "Roads" organisations with specific focus on business operations. Prior to 1999 he worked in the Victorian government as a senior Human Resources professional specialising in staff selection, career and staff development, organisational restructuring and classification, developing employment conditions and occupational health and safety. Much of his work during the 1980's and 1990's involved preparing managers and staff in the transport sector for major change processes, including outsourcing of non-core functions and downsizing.
During the 1970's and 1980's DMc held a number of management positions with the State Insurance Office where he played key roles in the introduction of computerisation and the introduction of a range of human resources policies and practices.
Through the career management program, DMc's career underwent a major transformation as he embraced a new career as a teacher in Technical Colleges in both Australia and China specialising in management theory and practices, quality management and the delivery of client services.
