Contract Senior Consultant
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated business professional looking to establish a business for themselves, to join our supportive and close-knit team. Working with the CEO and Chairman, your primary responsibilities will be to acquire and develop a portfolio of individual clients as well as identifying, and pursuing new SME and corporate people and career management opportunities.
Other responsibilities will include:
- neet and exceed core and new sales targets
- establish new client relationships and effectively identify, communicate and sell in the appropriate career management solutions
- manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
- be the figure head for a career management business in the SE Qld region.
Desired Skills & Experience
We seek an experienced professional who:
- has at least 10 years experience in the Business to Business or Business to Customer environment with a track; record of engaging with senior level executives and business owners;
- ideally has experience in Sales / HR management / Business Management;
- has a demonstrated capability in consultative or solution-based sales methodologies;
- is passionate about the art and science of people management and helping clients achieve results through behavioural and process change;
- has proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- has a significant senior level contact base in SE Qld across a range of industry sectors; and
- has the ability to work comfortably on Word, Excel and PowerPoint with experience on CRM Systems.
You will be provided with, but not limited to:
